Spiritual Storms

Thunderstorms are one of Mother Nature's grandest displays: the smell of electricity in the air, the deluge of rain and hail, high winds rocking the trees and the ever resounding crack of the lightning striking the air.

Have you ever thought of thunderstorms are like spiritual storms?

The intensity of thunder roaring and swiftness of the lightning is like the shock and fear that grabs at us at various points in our lives. It shakes our perceptions, knowings and beliefs to a core we never thought possible. Our lives may be turned upside down as we ride the storms of life through turbulent waters, unending rain and pain, and tornadoes of emotions and soul searching questions.

There is nothing to fear in this process. Just like Thunderstorms, spiritual storms do not last long. Afterwards, the air is crystal clean, the birds return and the sun shines again. A cleansing has taken place for your mindy, body and spirit.

Storms will come and go, each giving us an opportunity to grow and learn more about ourselves in the process. Welcome the newness, you deserve it.

Are you standing in the middle of an emotional, spiritual or mental storm?

Do you have the strength to stand in the midst of it knowing it will pass very soon?

Have you recognized the higher spiritual lesson?

Maybe it is time...

Notice how well you cope with the storm, it indicates having the strength. Don't be afraid to embrace the storm with open arms for the Universe loves you...you have nothing to fear so TRUST!
